Packaging & Tags: All original packaging and tags must remain intact and attached to the product. Items returned without original tags will not be accepted.
Exclusions: Please note that customized or personalized products are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Timelines: Any return or exchange requests raised after the specified return period (as noted on the product page) will unfortunately not be accepted.
